I decided to make dinner for people tonight without really giving much thought to what I would actually make. Jen came to the rescue (as she is wont to do) with a few zucchini and parmesan cheese. I sauted that all up with some leftover olives, red pepper, mushrooms, garlic and onions (fresh from the garden). I added a bunch of leftover parsley too, which made all the difference. Over curly pasta with a bit of olive oil and voila: dinner.
This one really isn't that interesting, but I liked the photo, so there it is.
